Each member of the Safety Committee contributes detailed observations from their assigned room or area checks, ensuring that every classroom, hallway, and common space is evaluated for potential hazards or compliance issues. The form serves as a central record of findings—such as blocked exits, fire extinguisher status, electrical safety, and emergency-plan visibility—and provides documentation for follow-up actions.
